Robyn is an experienced businesswoman, facilitator, coach, community galvaniser and the founder and director of Talkpoint. A long-term advocate for adult development and a leader in the movement to humanise work, Robyn has genuine faith in human goodness and the power of the collective. She is available to provide 1×1 coaching and group facilitation, as well as to collaborate on projects which align with her values. Under the banner of Talkpoint, she partners with fellow practitioners and organisations to initiate communities of practice and build leadership capability. With discretion, Robyn and Talkpoint take on purpose-led work such as co-creating experiential learning events to bring forward the messages of local and international educators and address imbalances in Australia’s businesses, communities and systems.
